In 20 years of going to the gym, this is far and away my favorite. A safe, welcoming atmosphere focused on growth and positivity. Expect hugs, check ins, and the best trainers you've ever seen.
if you want an amazing place to work out, and an amazing place to hang out 😂😂 looking for a gym that doesn’t ostracize people. This is an amazing place you can find different trainers to fit your perfect needs. I guarantee there’s more years of experience with the trainers here then you’ll find out in any other gym
Dude this gym is awesome. Great people great energy!
Do not go here!! One of the trainers yelled at one of my friends in the middle of the gym calling her profanities because she decided to stop training with him. The gym then decided to no longer honor her membership, taking the side of their out of control trainer. Find anywhere else to go!
A great place to focus on one thing: RESULTS. This is a place where you go to train, not stand around watching TV and waiting for "Joe Weight-lifter" to finish his set so you can use the equipment. There is plenty of space and equipment to get things done and the coaches are knowledgeable and motivating.
