Dr Solange is fantastic, genuinely cares about her patients and has been a huge support for me since moving here. Highly recommend her!
Great clinic. These guys do a hard job very well.
I got some tests done with Dr Solange which she charged me over $160 for about a 20 minute appointment. She then called me to tell me the results - maybe a 2 minute phone call. She then transferred me to the office to charge me an additional $70 to receive this 2 minute phone call from her! At no point did she even disclose to me that it was a paid call. Dr Solange is a money hungry doctor who doesn’t care about her customers.
Our family sees Dr Anjana De Almeida and she is just wonderful. She is very thorough, caring and understanding. So grateful to her and the team (receptionists, nurses and doctors) who take wonderful care of us all - thank you.
I am so grateful for all of the staff and doctors at ascot family practice. Dr Donaldson and Dr Solange are fantastic, would not trust anyone else with my family. The admin staff, Michelle and Jodie, go out of their way to help you and are so lovely. So happy I’ve found this practice! 5 stars all round!
