Our Famiky Tree Service was great to work with. We walked the site and the scope was detailed in an app, and quote provided. On the day of the project, four workman arrived on time with trucks, chipper, and tools. They climbed pine trees and removed and trimmed branches. All debris was hauled off. The landscaping was clean and the fire risk was mitigated. Highly recommend! Mike
I was never notified when the crew was coming to service my property so that I could be there and they never left any informational card on my property to say that they were there to service my property. I wasn't able to defer the credit card charge because they didn't notify me so that I might pay the bill. Very poor business practice. The person I spoke to today never returned the call as she said that she would. I would not recommend this company.
