Wonderful company to work with. The managers are unbelievably accommodating with our crazy schedule and always go above and beyond to see that the shifts we need are covered. The staff are friendly, kind and efficient. My family has been very grateful for Our Family Friend’s support in a difficult time.
I would recommend Our Family Friend to anyone who needs a little extra help with senior needs. All of their staff are cheerful, well trained and caring. I am fortunate to have Kathryn for an hour 5 days out of the week to get me up and going. She doesn’t take over my space, but gives me choices when she sees something needs to get done. She will kindly say “ Would you like me to do …?” I am a very satisfied customer.
If you are looking for more than just 'care,' but a true extension of your family, I cannot recommend Our Family Friend highly enough. They have supported three of my elderly family members this year, providing a range of services that demand both care skill competence and deep emotional intelligence.
