They are very Nice and made the process easy
My husband had an appointment—we waited about two months—and then, out of the blue, they cancelled it the day before, just like that, because the doctor had a hand fracture. But why didn't they reschedule the appointment? They referred him elsewhere, acting as if other people's time doesn't matter; they need to be more responsible.
