Front staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I came in to pick up a form for my daughter and as I was being helped up front i heard very loud yelling in spanish from a lady that was sitting in the back. And i mean she was yelling at top of her lungs. She was cursing someone out and I'm not sure if she was cursing out employee or on the phone but it wasn't professional at all. Posting this so no other kid experiences what I experienced. The Doctor made a very bad judgement on my 4mo that made us call emergency nurse in the middle of the night. In regards to my concern about baby's poor feeding habits, The Doctor suggested to completely stop giving breast milk and formula that I was using, gave a sample of enfamil rice starch formula and asked me to switch immediately. I've been going here for 16 year I absolutely love this place. Dr Stewart is amazing with all of my kids but we love all of the provided here
It seems a year ago that this place has gone downhill. I need to find a new place for my children to go because it's ridiculous to go in for a weight and height check for my 10-year-old at 9 am didn't get his temp checked until 10am then an additional 30 for the physician to come in. At least he was pleasant.
Don’t care about your time. Had 8:30 am appointment for my daughter to get flu shot. I got to appointment early waited for around 20 minutes or more just for staff to tell me vaccine wasn’t in and they have to put on her waiting list. They want me to believe they didn’t know previous afternoon that vaccine wasn’t in and they could have just called me then to tell us not to come. Our whole morning messed up for nothing.
