Our Care Senior Solutions is a caring and thoughtful organization willing to work through a various issues of life situations. The staff is friendly, informative, observant, patient, kind, courteous, encouraging and this list goes on. This home care service was my 5th call to find a care giver for mom. The owner Jesse answered the phone. We connected right away. I felt as though I was talking to a long time friend. I asked him if he could come to my house that afternoon to do the evaluation. He agreed and showed up that afternoon. After speaking with me, he met my mom and she liked him. The search for caregivers for loved ones I found to be a difficult task. Disappointed & angered by a former agency left me hesitant to search again. Luckily a social worker recommended Our Care Senior Solutions. I was so blessed to come across them. Their caregivers are top notch, we started with 1 then needed an additional 2.
