Applied for a rental property, took our 140$ and never even processed our application and both listings still up. Never got a denial or acceptance. They refuse to answer calls, texts, and emails. This company is scamming and it’s been reported to the BBB. Already in process of our bank refunding the fraudulent charges. Also your response shows what a fraud you and your company is, here’s the proof we were scammed by you Heather. It’s your literal phone number. Funny, you put this response to discredit real problems.

Not worth your time. Took over 2 weeks for a basic application to go through with almost 0 communication (as other reviews have stated.) Not only this, we were seemingly lied to. In one of the rare instances that we did get an email, we were told that all of the relevant paperwork was sent to the owner for review and decision. I wish I would've listened to the reviews of this company's HORRIBLE renting practices. I rented a house from them for a year, basement leaked, there was a wire sticking out of our yard smoking & we had to call the fire department, I didn't have the correct keys the first few weeks, the breakers went out all the time, there were open pipes in the basement, mouse poop in the kitchen cabinets when we moved in...
