I saw Mr Guerrero the owner for this place. Park his white Tesla in handicap spots with out proper parking. I did notice the parking lot at the place was full. But he nonchalantly was able to access his car conveniently not caring for people who actually need the spot. If this is the OWNER being a disrespectful human. What makes you think he’s a better person while practicing his business.
I had to give one star to leave a review. But in all reality they deserve ZERO star. Horrible service, very rude with the husband of the client/patient, or asked if they wanted the patient folder in English. Never used gloves or sanitized their hands. Would not even use their service again not even to clean my yard or throw the trash.
How presumptuous can a business be...but Our Angel Home Health...wow (and not in a good way). First, upon review of the documentation, I noticed that it is in Spanish. We are a bilingual family. How dare they presume we could only speak or read in Spanish. Then, today, they come to house to take my mom's vitals with no gloves and without sanitizing their hands. NO GLOVES!! What kind of health care are they giving? Where did they get training? Horrible! The state boards need to be informed.
