I normally send my daughter there to get her hair done. I made an appointment with her on Monday for this Sunday and showed her a video of the style we wanted. She waited until my daughter sat in the chair to tell us that she doesn’t have the hair for the style ?!?! Why wouldn’t she say that when we booked the appointment???!!! Disappointed ain’t the word childddd.
