I am so glad that I found the OULA studio. Kali and the entire OULA team work hard to create a welcoming environment that meets people exactly where they are, and helps them to connect with themselves and with their community. I am a better, stronger, and healthier person because of OULA and the OULA Studio.

I would give it 10 stars if I could! Oula and the Oula Studio changed my life! Before Oula, I struggled to drag myself to the gym every day. Once I finally gave Oula a real try, I fell in LOVE. (FYI: it takes like 5-10 classes before you will get it, but then it's way easier) I've now been dancing for a little over two years, and not only have I stopped dreading working out, but I often go to two classes a day. I LOVE THIS PLACE! There really is an instructor and a class for everyone. I love how many options there are every day. I go all the time!
