My husband and I have placed 3 calls over the last month to Cindy at Oui Travel regarding a trip we asked her to put together, and each time she has told us she will email the package she put together for us. We have yet to receive anything from her. Not sure what her problem is. We are baffled as to why she continues to take calls when she has no intentions on servicing the clients. Do not waste your time with this supposed travel agency.
Cindy is a pleasure to work with. She never fails us.
Oui Travel was able to help us revise our Hawaii trip so that we could still travel!! Very helpful and knowledgeable.
I met with Cindy on 9/18 for her to plan my 16 day trip to Scotland. I went in prepared with an itinerary, ideas of places to stay and things I'd like to do. She said she would put it together and get back to me the following Monday (9/25). The following Wed (9/27) I emailed and asked for an update because I hadn't heard from her.
