Absolutely worst customer service ever. It took almost one year to get our cabin re-stained and a new roof put on. Cliff avoided our phone calls for several months because he was short staffed. What kind of a businessman does that? Extremely sloppy. Left garbage all over the yard for us to clean up. The stain job was horrible. Plenty of spots that don’t even have little to no stain. Our place was built in 2009 and we never had a roof leak until they installed a new one. Don’t waste your money with this company.

Cliff and his crew worked incredibly hard on our roof! It was definitely a huge project that needed a pro!!! There were many elements including weather that were not exactly "for" the new roofing crew, but they pushed through it very ... read more

I asked a friend for someone who could help me with our roof that was leaking badly. He gave me the business card for Cliff. He was very reliable, on time and very good to work with. I also had him re-side and put a new roof on my garage and another building. We are very pleased and happy with his work. I enjoyed having him and his crew here. We had people ask for his card as they liked what they saw.

Ouellete Construction did my metal roof replace. Cliff/owner came out for quoting/estimate in same day right before the July 4 long weekend. Other company takes a lot longer to come out and provide an estimate. Payment option was flexible and reasonable. Most importantly, their team did great job on replacing entire roof. I'm very satisfied with outcome. strongly recommend to other homeowners.
