I am not having the issues other report with getting an appointment and getting my job done. These guys have always been great for me! Professional and very fair prices!
Called back in August for a service and been with out heat. It’s now Jan 13th 2025 and still no service. Lady answers the phone every time and tells me I’m on some list but we have no idea how far on the list I am but they haven’t gotten far on this “list” from previous conversation with her i acknowledged that they don’t want residential clients they only want their commercial accounts. My suggestion would be not to even bother calling unless you’re a business otherwise they tell you you’re on a list that doesn’t exist
Great crew starting at the phone call to the service and repairs. No hassle professional craftsmanship! I would like to update my 5 star review to a minus 1 if it is possible. I'm not sure what it is that changed for this company, but this I do know, and it's a clear disregard for this long-time customer!! 1st call for service 9 months ago, and 2 more calls in between and no one has scheduled an appointment with me.
