We are travelling to Canada for the first time, and unexpectedly, my husband needed an emergency root canal. Thank you, Dr. Singhal and team, for taking care of my husband. Highly recommend this dental office.
Overpriced with zero compassion for patients. I paid almost $700 for two teeth pulled right next to each other, no deals, no packages, nothing. The dentist himself did fantastic work and I have no complaints about the quality of care. But the pricing is ridiculous. Two adjacent teeth should be straightforward and cheaper than extractions in different areas of the mouth (less freezing, less time, less hassle). I was a very happy customer when this was OUESIS dentistry. My hygienist then was thorough and offered a comfortable cleaning, as has every dental hygienist I've ever had over my life so far. Dr. OUESIS has my trust as well. Not to mention the secretary warmly greets you and gets everything perfect. I was told a nice Indian couple, both dentists, took over Dr. OUESIS' practice. I have been going to this dental office for several years now and have only great things to say. In my experience Dr. Singhal and his team really take the time to explain in detail all options for any procedures you may need. Everyone is so patient and knowledgeable and they've my nerves at ease through their patience and professionalism. Best dental clinic in the city! The office staff are friendly and professional. The dentist always explains everything carefully and with an understanding of insurance coverage and financial constraints. I have been to many dental offices and I would recommend this over every one of them.
