I definitely recommend this place. I've never been backpacking before but wanted to start. The staff was very knowledgable, got me fit for the right sized pack, and let me know the essentials that I needed. They never talked down to me because of my lack of expertise. They also gave me tips on what trails to try out the pack on first, so I didn't overdo it my first time.
Just bought a kayak from them they have great customer service id drive the 2 hours again just because of the friendly staff
