Neglectful and Dangerous Care I came to the hospital at 3:00 PM with several serious symptoms: severe leg swelling, numbness, visible rashes, heat in both legs, chest pain, and noticeable memory problems, including forgetting my 16-year-old daughter’s name. That alone should have triggered immediate neurological evaluation, but it didn’t. Needed a steroid shot for an allergic reaction outbreak, pretty simple. Took 3 hours and we were 1 of 2 patients.

The care from the 300 hall staff was very well. The problem came when for the 2nd time now 1 of my parents was kept in observation for more than 72 hours with a diagnosis that should warrant admission. Therefore they can't get rhe rehab they need covered by Medicare. Because they screwed up they say they can't change it now after discharge because that would be fraud. It's only fraud if they don't have the substantial diagnoses.

We checked in and my friend was brought in, in a wheelchair (One of the hospital wheelchairs because he was in so much pain). I went out to park vehicle and when I returned my friend was struggling to move his wheelchair away from the check-in desk as 2 ladies were were just chilling behind the glass not seeming to care about how much pain he was in. This is by far the worst place to have a baby. My daughter was in labor from Sunday night until Monday night. The room was cluttered and wasn’t clean. The bathroom looked like it had fragments of dead roaches. The only thing positive I can say was the 1st shift nurses were AWESOME and so was Mrs. Tina Nalls, the 2nd shift nurses never came to introduce themselves.
