My issue has more to do with the billing department than anything. If you cant pay everything up front, just don't pay them and wait until it goes to collections. It's so much easier.

Is construction completed at the front door or is it still parking underground?
They will not let handicap people unload at the front door unless if you use valet that is pretty poor.
