Ive had many problems with OU not getting scheduling correct, and it seems to be straight across the board. I was referred to Dr Nguyen, and I had virtual appointments, but his staff NEVER followed through with scheduling. I scheduled MRIs and was informed that he wasnt available for in person appointments except for specific times. Charged me for a n ER VISIT FOR A STERIOD SHOT. COST ALMOST 400.00 TO CLEAR up a poison ivy reaction. I get poison ivy 2 times a year and the cost is 25.00 anywhere else. This place is a complete ripoff.

After all I have been through since 2021 with Dr. Farrow. His office had the nerve to call me today, March 7, 2025, and began to try to tell me I seen him for migraines when he knows I saw him because I was going in and of paralysis. He tried to claim I was having migraines and wanted to put me on BOTIOX. I had GBS and now I CIDP. And while I was in hospital and medical rehab dismissed as a patient and no neurologist inside Mercy will see me because of him. I went to OU Dermatology, to have Jill Mcgraw PA to take a look at my skin, I'm bothered with underlying skin bumps. After she looked ,,and seemed to have a solution for it, she had told me to go see a plastic surgeon! I was pretty upset, I'm not ready nor need a surgeon. What happened to plain medical advice. I would stay clear of this dermatologist, unless you want to be insulted.

if I could actually give no stars I would. They do not keep anything together, tell you this will happen only to find out that nothing is happening because they either did not do their job or did not tell you other things that need to be done in order to continue with some services. Some nurses are very rude and just tell you anything to make them look like they did not mess up. I would not recommend them to anyone at all.

I would give them ZERO stars but that's not an option. This clinic MIGHT have good doctors but the way this clinic is run, you DO NOT WANT TO GO THERE FOR ANY REASON!!! I have repeatedly called this clinic for various reasons as I saw a Movement Specialist there and he was friendly and seemed competent. Didn't help me but oh well. He wasn't even with me for 5 minutes and was ready to do Botox on me. 31 shots every 10 wks. I refused. He insisted I was suffering from migraines for 9 months. Come to find out I had GBS. I was hospitalized and medical rehab for 22 days. Then he dismissed me as his patient.

They took out my appendix and sent me home with barely any medicine for the pain. The nurse In Recovery was extremely rude and talking about me on the phone as though I wasn’t there. I will die before I have another surgery done at this hospital.
