Will never have my mom come back here again for test. We where told to be there at 10:30am and her test was to start at 11am. They did not take her back to do the test till after 2pm. They told her not to eat or drink after midnight so she did. She had to starve and not have water the whole time. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. GO SOME WHERE ELSE
I had my third procedure done here this past week. When I came out of recovery I no longer had a room of my own and my husband was out in the waiting area by the main entrance I was wheeled the hallway to a public restroom to change without assistance while woozy. I held on to the diaper changing station while trying to change my clothes. Luckily a stranger came in as I dropped one of my undergarments and she helped me. Worse hospital I've ever been in, nurse, Drs, and lead nurse, were the worse ppl I've ever been around, introduced to one nurse at 7 a.m. didnt see her again until 1030 a.m. when lead nurse called her to my room, P.A. was arrogant and very rude, I walked out of there and will never return to an ou hospital
