I went in for something that im still not sure about what is going on, they could not figure it out either.. one thing i Knew Was that i was dehydrated and needed fluids... the doctor who was working at the time could not get a vein had poked me 6 times if not more so i asked for somebody else to do it and when i did he seemed to get mad at me and was like " fine, but it is going to be an hour if not longer b4 somebody can.." so i told him that he could keep trying, Knowing i needed fluids very badly... he then proceeded to ... read more
Nurses were nice and helpful. Place was clean and we got in at a timely manner. Here’s my main issue. Asked specifically to talk to billing about if the procedure they were doing was going to cost us more out of pocket with our insurance. Doctor assured me it wouldn’t cost me more out of pocket and said I didn’t need the billing to confirm that. Yeah he was definitely wrong. We owe a lot and I’m quite furious. I had a really great experience on April 8th when I went in for blurred vision. Provider Giselle Zagari, Nurse Ashley, and the entire team who handled my IV took excellent care of me. They were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The service was fast and efficient, which I really appreciated. What stood out the most was how much they truly cared—they even helped arrange a same-day appointment with Dean McGee Eye Institute to make sure I received the follow-up care I needed right away. I have PTSD from how they treated me here. I can't hardly even pass by this place anymore. If your nurses are going to make fun of and mock the patient while they're dying, then I think they need to choose another field.
