Terrible people. Terrible website
The worst experience I’ve ever had with any department. I needed an accommodation for my original housing for legitimate medical purposes, and housing took three months to get back to me. When they finally did, they told me that I was going to have to pay the higher rate despite my move being a life-threatening medical purposes. On top of that, I have had terrible experiences with random roommates, and despite my request for a specific roommate, they gave me someone random. The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful!
If you enjoy being lied to about housing options, go with OU Housing. They'll tell you that you can apply on a certain date but when that date comes and goes they'll tall that that, in fact, the waitlist has been closed since Spring.
