They take so long say they'll be back after looking at X-rays then forget about you. Last appointment I was waiting for more then a hour before I had to open the door and say something it's ridiculous
Horrible customer service. My first impression was horrible. The receptionist was so rude and made me feel like I didn’t even want to schedule with them anymore. I have worked as a receptionist before and the whole time I was on the phone with her I felt like I couldn’t even ask questions because of how rude she was. She didn’t even say bye when we finished the conversation she just hung up.
