Seriously one of the worst experiences of my life. Got out of surgery for a tibial plateau fracture meaning I can’t bend my leg at all. They bring the wheelchair to take me to the car and it has no leg supports for people coming out of leg surgery. The orderly Miriam expected me to be able to get out of bed on my own and didn’t have a clue as to what was going on. This place is unbelievable, they had us show up at 3 pm 15 minutes early for a 3:15 appointment then left us in the lobby until we finally asked if they forgot us at 3:40 , so they come take us to a room and then leave us setting in the room for another 25 Minutes until 4::05 .To then spend about 5 minutes taking out stitches & talk. If you have an appointment here you literally should plan on losing the whole day bc they don’t give AF about you or your time. I’ll never go to OU again.

They take so long say they'll be back after looking at X-rays then forget about you. Last appointment I was waiting for more then a hour before I had to open the door and say something it's ridiculous
