I called to have my Dr to have a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Whoever answered had a horrible attitude saying my Dr no longer worked there.. Then said another Dr passed away recently and said the other Dr couldn't send it cause I haven't saw them yet and that their only avail in May.. I asked to speak to the nurse at 9am it's now 4:23 pm have yet to get a call. My kid's was diagnosed with HMPV so more than likely I have it now. My pharmacy sent a request twice to renew a prescription. Three weeks now and still no refill. This makes three times this has happened. Not going to be around for a fourth time. This never happened with Dr. Mitchell.
