My infant had an appointment with Dr Ardhanari, to have an EKG done. The lady that ran the tests name was Meghan she was perfect, even singing a short lullaby to soothe my baby. Dr Ardhanari was awesome and thoroughly explained the results! Also the nurse was wonderful and super polite. Very professional, kind people.
2 hrs to wait to be seen is ridiculous by the Dr. Is crazy when the office was empty whenever arriving ...
We saw doctor Overholt, he was great. Also, Valerie was amazing, she was so sweet, and kind to my daughter.
I called and scheduled an appointment for my daughter beginning January end of December for February.. get up there for her appointment and they don’t have her on the schedule and her dr isn’t even there.. the office manager gave me attitude when telling me when her dr would be on next because I couldn’t do that day I could do the next day.. so instead of a 6 month appointment it will be 7 months.. very unprofessional and rude.
The valet lost our truck. It took over half an hour for them to find it. The room was a mess and the breakfast dishes we there and it was noon. It was hard to find your way around. The nurses were rude and unhelpful. My daughter said they would never answer the call light.
