I normally try to leave the best reviews I can buy I was not fully satisfied here. Brought my daughter's boyfriend to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. They didn't return phone calls that voicemails was left for and didn't call in his medicine until the next afternoon on the next day after I finally got in touch with someone and ask for them. I was told they would have to see if they even could even though I was told by the Dr the previous day there would be meds with mouth rinse. Student(Nora) couldn't pull a tooth out and failed to give proper numbness to my tooth. I suffered in chair until instructor took over and pulled tooth. She also knocked out a cavity with pliers while trying. I found another dentist for not much more. I do not recommend going here. It won't save you much money and the service really is horrible there.
Those dentists are quark. VERY terrible experience. Very insensitive set of dentists. I explained very well the tooth that I was feeling discomfort to them but they just assumed it was my wisdom teeth and pressure me to sign the consent documents and go ahead and remove my teeth since I was referred to them from the NSO clinic. They still charged me for their own diagnosis ($52) after they've already seen the ex-ray forwarded to them from the NSO clinic that referred me to them. I had a pretty terrible experience here. The nurse was VERY kind and attentive but the dentist who saw me was incredibly insensitive and had a bad bed side manner. He came in, didn't introduce himself, immediately started pulling and poking my mouth roughly (after telling him it was very painful) and when I asked what it looked like and plan of action I was told, "Well it has to come out doesn't it..I've seen worse." Needless to say I left in tears. Will not be returning.
The doctors the students and the staff were all awesome I would highly recommend this place to everybody I know
