Horrible! Said I needed referrals then waited 5 weeks no one called for the referrals. I call them back they said sense I was a patient I can schedule my own referrals. Makes zero sense. They obviously don't know how to run a business let a lone have a clue how referrals work!
Dr. Is very polite and thorough. He took time to explain things so I and my elderly mother could understand things.
