The initial service for orth-k lences were great for two of my children. They don't need to wear glasses during the day. It helped a lot during their high school and post secondary study. We always received follow up check reminder call with previous receptionist. However, the reminder of check up call stopped after my middle child's last eye mapping for ordering new lenses in 2021 and only till today I am surprised to be advised of Dr. Ou has stopped orth-k lense service when called the clinic. I have been with Dr. Ou few years and even brought my friends come to this clinic due to her skills, but suddenly found out they have so many “rules” totally ridiculous. Early of June I booked for my parents Sept. 9th weekend appointment. Yes we agreed to wait for three months because only weekend I am not working can drive them to the clinic due to their age and other physical conditions can’t let them take bus after mydriasis. Do not go here. Asked for specific eye drops and asked the lady on the phone the price and when I got there, she said the price is different than what was quoted on the phone. Bad business practice.
