I've wondered for the past fifteen years why the dentist office feels more like a used car dealer than a medical office, and now I know, they learn it in dental college. The operator, when I called to make an appointment or reschedule an appointment, was very rude and very unprofessional. When I asked for their first and last name, to make a complaint, the operator kept putting me on hold, and finally hung up on me. When trying to call back, they just hang up on me.

The work done is good, don't be afraid of the work because it is student care. Do, however, be afraid of the constant billing errors.
