Calling to ask a question is really difficult. Took 40 minutes just to get to a human.
This is the worst designed parking facility I have ever experienced in this country and overseas. They should start over. Arrive 2 hours early or get Uber or Taxi. Facility interior has much wasted space. A truly poorly designed facility.
