I just made a phone call to residential facility in ottumwa and got a lady named Brandy who answered the phone and I have never called there to talk to my brother before and I have never been talked to so in such a rude way, I can only imagine how she talks to the residential people there she has no right to talk to anybody with that tone and that way I was not rude to her so she did not need to be rude to me so I will be talking to her manager or whoever runs the facility until I get someone who will listen thanks Brandy fo... read more
