Propaganda The title of this review says it all...the Ottumwa Courier is pure propaganda. This is not a newspaper that is focused on reporting the truth. They will report anything that the city government tells them to report. Facts are frequently left out & stories are mostly one-sided so it's almost impossible to ever get the real story. This newspaper is also pretty expensive. If you're looking for a good newspaper I'd recommend the Des Moines register over the Ottumwa Courier.
