$27 for a doughy pizza with barely any toppings...looks like a drunk made this late at night after a session, presentation horrible, taste, meh.....rest of the food was so so.
This restaurant charged 22% off tips without telling customers before dining in, PLUS $12 credit card fee without telling either. That is a charge not a tip if customers are " forced" to pay disregard about the quality of service. Also it is not right not tell customers the credit card fee.
Went to Otto's for breakfast. Our server was great, very friendly, the room is beautifully appointed with cool old town pics on the walls, and the food was really good. However the cloth napkins wrapped around silverware were actually wet. Like they didnt have enough time to dry before they were taken out of the dryer. Breakfast took a long time to come out. Also there was no music or ambiance so it was oddly quiet in the room while we waited.
We should have known better when we came here on a Saturday morning during one of the busiest weekends in Elkhart Lake all summer and we were the only customers to be seen. Our orders were wrong, the description on the menu didn't match the ingredients in our meals, and the staff was arguing and didn't seem to care about the customers at all. The whole place seems to be worn out. The decor, furniture, carpet, and even the employees. How this resort is still "Four Diamond" is beyond me, it needs serious refurbishment.
