I had been a loyal customer for Otto Mini since 2020 or 2021. I regularly got my car done there every time it needed to be done. Always satisfied with their services, I think the price aligned with the quality of their service. One thing that I know, it’s hard to get connected with anybody in there. Starting off, I do not typically leave reviews, however this was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had when purchasing something. I would have left if I wasn’t two hours away from home and already sold my car. I had a verbal agreement to purchase a car at MINI of WC, sold my current car to their local Carmax, returned to the dealership to complete the purchase, however an unknown stop-sale was on the to-be purchased car. We took the Mini in for a oil service and engine light diagnosis. Two weeks later, the car was ready! The service agent rarely returned phone calls, and when I tried to call it went to voicemail. The problem was engine oil leak from more than one source. Note that the Mini (2017 Clubman) has no oil dipstick, and to discover the oil level requires you to run the car for 30 minutes.
