We took the Mini in for a oil service and engine light diagnosis. Two weeks later, the car was ready! The service agent rarely returned phone calls, and when I tried to call it went to voicemail. The problem was engine oil leak from more than one source. Note that the Mini (2017 Clubman) has no oil dipstick, and to discover the oil level requires you to run the car for 30 minutes. We bought our 21 Mini Cooper Countryman from Oto’s Mini in March of 21. Our salesman Pete Barcus was absolutely wonderful. We give him 5 stars. We have had the mini serviced there every year since we purchased it. This year (2025) was absolutely horrible. We dropped the car off on a Wednesday evening after hours for state inspection, emissions, and an oil change.
