I have a Mini and I went to the dealer to ask for some parts and help to get some of my car's documentation. I left empty handed. I was told to go to Home D�pot to buy what I needed and that they couldn't help me find the documentation. Service was not very friendly and far from helpful

Called them for service 4 times, left messages without a single return phone call. Once spoke with a gentleman who assured me some lady would call me back. No one called me back. Now my Mini Cooper trunk is consistently full of water. In the past Otto was great with service. This new group is a mess. They only care about car sales.
Had a seamless & stress-free experience buying a car here. HUGE thank you to Brian and Brooks for making the process so easy. I was buying from out of state and Brain made sure we had everything set so when I traveled in to purchase, all i had to do was sign and go. Top level of professionalism and courteousness from everyone I encountered at this dealership. Would highly recommend buying a car here!
Let me start by saying this, I normally don’t take my car to any mechanic I don’t know or any dealership because of past experiences and west Chester mini was no different. First time I took my mini cooper to them they performed the multipoint inspection and everything was good on the first video, I got my oil and filter changed and spark plugs replaced.
