Had a seamless & stress-free experience buying a car here. HUGE thank you to Brian and Brooks for making the process so easy. Let me start by saying this, I normally don’t take my car to any mechanic I don’t know or any dealership because of past experiences and west Chester mini was no different. First time I took my mini cooper to them they performed the multipoint inspection and everything was good on the first video, I got my oil and filter changed and spark plugs replaced. The service was nothing short of highly professional. Michael Dixon knew everything that was necessary about both my trade-in and the sale of my 2019 mini Cooper convertible.
