Always great service
Our farm raised animals get processed here. I have had several other processors prior to finding this farm and this processor. We are pleased with all of the cuts and packaging, we would prefer blocks of ground beef but oh well, they come in a clear tube with clear packaging for all processed meats! We tried the beef sticks and as other reviews state, the texture is soft and too mushy, my wif and I like them with some snap and chew to them.
Recently tried Otto's meats beef sticks and did not enjoy the texture, it was to soft for me. I personally like a little bit of snap to my beef sticks. struggled to eat it.
