When getting our beef processed at Ottos meats we ran into numerous problems. First, many of the items unsealed causing meat to have to be given away rather than sold due to the fact that it needed to be eaten quickly. We tried calling, had the employee take our name and number - no phone call back until a second problem arose and we had to call again...they didnt package the ground beef correctly resulting in the health department stating that we could not sell the ground beef until the safe handling sticker was put on.
