So here's the thing with this review. I just purchased a monthly car wash plan with Otto's and about two weeks into this they go under construction. No heads up about construction happening soon. So they have their employees there doing the vacuuming for you with shop-vacs. I don't know about you, but i take my time when I vacuum. I'm talking an hour minimum. Great equipment, this is a really nice car wash
Will damage your car and make you pay for the Bill! Since they act like it didn't happen, here is some of their OWN camera Footage!
Be aware if you go here and a car happens to come off their track in front of you they don't have an emergency stop fast enough to stop your car from being pulled into that car!! Ottos won't hold liability or the people in the car that supposedly hit the brake to come off the track. Went to get a car wash ended up with $2000 in damage only 1000 insurance paid for!! Pretty frustrating!!
