Went to drop off my car earlier today for diagnostic check around 8:50am with 9:30am appointment. I receive a txt message from ian at 2:11pm saying it hasn’t gone in the shop(disappointed because i scheduled early appointment to be able to get my car within the day) then my Advisor Ian called me around 4:55pm( which is im already on the shuttle just 7mins closer) that they need 2 more hours to inspect my car, so i need to store my car overnight. went there for a recall this morning My service consultant Krzysztof G was very professional and respectul something that i really appreciate during my visit they cleaned the car after service and even well aligned my hood something that was not a part of my recall i appreciate the Service especially from MR Goldewicz.
