Poor costumer service. I had my car taken at Hunt club dealership and I had my Tiffany and company key chain stolen . No responsibility's taken and as a matter of fact they were rude and dismissive on approach . The keychain had sentimental value to me beside the price . I was planning to buy a car from them but after such an unpleasant experience I changed my mind . See Mey in sales! Service outstanding! X3 hybrid a dream to drive
Got more than 1L water from the floor mat in my new delivered car. And the mat is still wet one month after the delivery date! Amazing!!! The lady sitting on the last service desk offered me the fixing date in a month. And also she was mad on me! Does this lady think the water damaga can be wait for a month? Hopefully this is not the attitude of solving issues and knowledge from Ottos team.
