At the end of October, I came in to have my winter tires installed with spacers. This was the same setup Otto’s BMW installed for the last two seasons without any issues. This time, they suddenly refused and told me that management decided they will no longer install non-original BMW parts. What makes this even more unacceptable is that the aftermarket wheels and tires we purchased were recommended by Otto’s. For a dealership who says they pride themselves on their customer service, they don’t act like it. We had to send our electric BMW i4 to the dealership to get a simple windshield replaced and winter tires put on. They were unable to change the tires on the day of service since they ordered the wrong ones. On the day we were supposed to pick it up (didn’t happen), they allowed the charge to drop to 60km, not enough for us to drive home to charge. Brought my vehicle in here twice for overheating issues, first time they reset the ECU and everything was working fine, paid for the service and all good. About three weeks later it happened again, i brought the vehicle in for service AGAIN, turns out the water pump is faulty and they gave me a quote and did not charge me for the diagnosis.
