Found out on Tuesday I had a bubble in my run flat, I went to Otto’s on Wednesday AM and Krzysztof a dedicated service advisor saw my stress level when I arrived and took care of me right away. A new tire was ordered and he booked my next service appointment and said the tire will likely come Thursday but if it is earlier he will advise. The tire came in Wednesday afternoon and I picked up the car at 5pm. He and the team did an excellent job.
