Easily the best Italian restaurant in Hoboken. The burrata crostini with carmelized tomatoes will change your life. The perfect balance of salty, sweet, creamy, and crispy. An absolute flavor bomb, and honestly, sometimes I go just for this. The pastas are fresh and couldn’t be more perfect. Try the linguini with red pepper pesto and goat cheese. Otto Strada is the ultimate neighborhood gem. The Spicy kale Caesar salad, Veal Tortelloni and Truffle Tagliatelle are some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff are incredibly warm and accommodating and the service makes you feel like you’re family. There is a gap in the Hoboken culinary scene without Otto Strada. Will be first in line when they reopen.
Please come back soon Otto Strada, miss you! Otto Strada is easily one of if not the best Italian restaurants in the Hoboken/Jersey City area. They are continually inventive and always have unique dishes that you won’t find elsewhere. For me the pastas are the clear standouts: delicious artichoke pesto trofie and the rigatoni with vodka sauce are go-tos. The Chicken Milanese is also exceptional. Don’t miss brunch either. Lots of value on that menu and each sandwich is more delicious than the last. Really exceptional!!
The pasta with rosso pesto is delicious! My favorite dish amongst a menu of superstars. Staff is also lovely! Can't wait until they are back. By far our favorite Italian restaurant in town!
