Our complex recently changed to Otto. The conversion had very inaccurate information with a large, payment-due balance. Their response wa-s that it was the fault of the former management company (along with some dismissiveness). THEY were responsible to get this right. The next month showed the same type of error and the same attitude. Can't understand how a public service company can maintain operations with this level of customer service.
