I had the privilege of getting serviced at Otto and I have to say this was a great experience with all from start to finish. Dr. Holladay was great, and Joyce and I had a five second interaction and that was just enough. Great and clean environment that make you feel peaceful and refreshing. Highly professional but comfortable to the clients. I liked that. Keep up the great work.

I been waiting for my refund of $500+. I’ve notified Mr. & Mrs. Otto on summer 2023 I noticed there were withdrawals that added to a high amount, I requested to speak with the person in billing to find out months later it was Mrs. Otto in charge, long story short till this day I haven’t received a solid explanation why a large amount was taken out of my bank account when I had 2 medical insurances and both insurances stated the claims were submitted late or were paid. Dr. Vandegrift responded promptly to my request for an initial session and was able to meet within a month –no waiting 4 months for an appointment. The location had lots of parking, clean hallway and bathroom, cool wall art. The office does NOT have a receptionist, you take a seat and the clinician greets you personally. So, please ignore any comments talking about “rude front desk,” as they must be referring to another practice.
