If I could give Otto Nielsen 0 stars i would. He is extremely rude and unprofessional I would never do business with this person and i feel bad for any property owner who allows him to represent them. He has no understanding of fiduciary duty or what it means to have customer service skills. Its a shame i liked the apartment very much and I was willing and readt to apply on the spot had it not been for his unnecessary remarks and terrible customer service. I have used Mr. Nielsen service to rent an apartment. His service was very satisfying, He was so knowledgeable and helpful, I moved into my apartment with ease, I love my new place, feeling so comfortable here . I am so glad that I found him. I highly recommend him if you look for an apartment.
I'm not sure what happened with these other reviewers, but I had an extremely positive experience with Otto! His ads are the most honest I've seen - his photos are accurate, and he's completely upfront about the money you'll have to pay. There are no surprise fees, everything is in the ad. I found renting through Otto to be a pleasant and pressure-free experience. He's the exact opposite of a sleazy broker. Mr. Nielsen is very professional and knowledgeable in all real estate transactions. He is courteous and has provided a significant amount of helpful information to assist me with my own property sale as well as searching for new real estate for investment purposes. I recommend Otto Nielsen highly! You'll be happy you chose him as your real estate representative, he is an expert in rentals and in staging your investment apt and finding the right tenants.
