Just wanted to tell you how completely pleased we were with Otto Nelson Moving & Storage. Mikki Rodgriguez was amazing, very professional and thorough. The guys who came to Buffalo were Mike and Darnell. They were fantastic - so efficient, friendly, respectful – they worked together as a team like nobody I have ever seen before. Just amazing - can't say enough good things about those guys. They both were there for the drop off in Gurnee as well, along with 2 other guys (one was Mike's son). Otto Nelson packers were due at my house today to start our pack out, not only did they not show up, we never heard from them. Now we are one day behind on our family move. V disappointed.
