Extremely frustrated. I have really liked the quality of this brand of hats but the whole process has been extremely SLOW. Just to get my account authenticated took about 6 days and then I was excited to finally order (mainly due to the 1-2 day shipping that they promote) and it is now estimated to arrive after 9 DAYS!! I called and was told they are working out some issues with a new system but after reading some reviews from years ago about the same issue, I don't think this is true. I wouldn't recommend them . Hat quality is bad faded Fast and the Velcro is bad. The band on the inside folds down when you take it off. That's my experience with 2 hats. Not bad looking at the start tho
