On 2/28/2020 I ordered one Foredom Flex Shaft and opted for the next day delivery for additional $10. The following day I get a call fro. DEANA, they wont honor $10 and wanted up to $50 for next day delivery. I explained it was on their invoice and they should honor it. They refused even through my invoice was paid in full and clearly had next day shipping $10. They canceled my order instead of honoring their mistake. Shipment Scammers I am calling them for 5 days in a row but they are not giving any information about my shipment. It was guarantied delivery in 7 days but I got nothing. When I call them they are just saying "you picked the cheapest shipping what are you expecting?". It is a fraud, they are not shipping items properly and playing with shipping details with their shipper. I also will make a lawsuit for that clown company. This is just a scam.

I had made a large order of Fretz's hammers and such. A 2 weeks later OF had a sale on Fretz's items. I order one more hammer and made a comment, I wish I had waited to purchase. The sent me a gift card for the 20% I would have saved!!! Top notch company!!! That is what customer service is all about. Thank you.
