Went to Otto to celebrate my BIRTHDAY. 10 PEOPLE ALL TOGETHER. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. THE FOOD WAS SO BAD THAT WE COULDN'T EAT IT AND THE SERVICE!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE.
