I used Otto Davis a few days ago, after talking to a few plumbers. He quoted a fair price and knew what he was talking about so I hired him to install a water heater and slop sink. He quoted 400 - 500 for the sink, but then charged me 1100, including 500 for a drain pump I didn't ask for, and that Amazon had priced at 225.
