I went to the Blue Springs location and got the $9 automatic wash. Total waste of money! Car was just as dirty when done as when I went in. A mild rain might have done better. I went back and asked for a refund and was promptly told no refunds. I even emailed their office with photos of my filthy car and was told no refunds by a very rude woman who hung up on me. If you like throwing away money then this is the place for you. If not I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. Worst car wash I have ever been to.
