canceled my girlfriends medicine so she’d come in for a check up, we live an hour and a half away, wreck happened on the highway and we called an hour in advance and was told we’d have a 15 minute grace period but didn’t explain at all what that meant and we asked to make sure we’d still be able to be seen and they confirmed, we get there and they refuse to see her and are refusing to send her medical files to us or where we’re going because it’ll take a day or two, i just don’t know how you can cancel someone’s medication t... read more

I have to edit my 3 star review and change it. I would rate this facility 5 stars. The office staff are great. I didn’t always treat them the best . But once we learned how to communicate with each other effectively, things were smooth and easy. Delayna Hunter is a great doctor. She heard me and understood when I needed help. I felt like what I thought mattered to her. And Amberly is a good therapist. Not one of those therapists that are disappointed they chose to do therapy with their schooling. Easy to talk to. Delayna Hunter is a great doctor. She listens, is helpful, and cares. But the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because her office staff at the front are stupid, condescending, and rude. I only had a simple question and they tried repeating themselves which wasn’t helpful. So I hanged up the phone. It makes me not want to go to the doctor at all.

There’s not one melanated person in facility. The staff doesn’t care about your health they just want to make money.
