Two days before the New Year, water heater went through catastrophic demise, leaving us without hot water. Placed a call to Otto T. A technician came by 4 hours later. Knowledgeable, courteous. Inspected, explain options, provided quote. Crew was there the next morning (Dec 31...!) uprooted the old, installed the new - all piping remade at the top. Clean, professional. Peace is back at the house. Highly recommended!
I purchased a Trane furnace and air conditioning system from Trzos many many years ago (like maybe 15-18 years ago). Both are still running with zero issues. This summer I decided to clean the air conditioning unit myself. A little tricky taking it apart. Even more tricky putting it back together. I called Trane for guidance, they told me to call my local Trane dealer, which I did. You can wait for days for them to call you back. When you do call them, there response is the "we were just going to call you "
A/C was blowing warm, was 93 degrees outside. Placed service call at 8 am when they opened on Monday. I'm 10 miles from Trzos facility and by 930 am the capacitor was replaced and it was blowing cold.
I have been using Trzos for many years for my HVAC needs, all good and competitive pricing too.
